This recipe is so easy and delicious. I served it at my son’s birthday party a few weeks ago and folks loved it.
Cut avocados in half. Remove skin and pits. Mash with fork until smooth. Add sofrito and mix well. Squeeze on the lime juice and stir. Add salt. Enjoy!
- 2 ripe medium avocados
- sea salt (to taste)
- juice of 1 1/2 limes (or lemon)
- 1 tablespoon sofrito
